Calculation precision in guild battles

There seems to be some funky rounding going on in the health calculations for guild battles. For instance, if we have 75/99 players alive, our health is listed as 76.0%, rather than 75.8%. It's clearly not just being rounded to the nearest % though, since 43/70 is shown as 61.7%, when it should be 61.4%.
